Named after a Texas Ranger, soldier & politician, Johnson County sits just South of Fort Worth. The county seat is located in the city of Cleburne and the largest city in Johnson County is Burleson. With the new Chisholm Trail parkway opened last year, this makes this community much more accessible to Fort Worth and increased growth. Burleson boasts over 20 parks on nearly 300 acres, its own municipal golf course, and a highly sought after school district. Communities making up Johnson County include Alvarado, Briar Oaks, Burleson, Cleburne, Crowley, Godley, Grandview, Joshua, and Keene.
